At Growth Nexus, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and safe-keep your personal and business details when you interact with our website and AI services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when booking a demo, filling out a contact form, or subscribing to our newsletters. This includes:
- Name, Company Name, and Industry Sector.
- Contact information (Email Address and Phone Number).
- Information regarding your business processes and automation requirements.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data to deliver automated solutions, schedule consultation sessions, improve our site usability, and send system updates. Specifically, your details are:
- Logged locally in your browser's session and stored on our Google Sheets integrations.
- Used to trigger automated email/SMS follow-up campaigns regarding your booked demo.
- Used to auto-generate task items in our team tasks database (Google Tasks) for manual review.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
Growth Nexus does not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared with trust-verified cloud service integrations (such as Google APIs) strictly to facilitate operations. All databases are protected via advanced OAuth credentials.
Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 4, 2026
Welcome to Growth Nexus. By browsing our website, booking our custom AI demos, or subscribing to our service tiers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Rendered
Growth Nexus builds customized AI workflow systems, automation scripts, and support chatbots. All systems are deployed to cloud infrastructure owned or leased by either the client or Growth Nexus, as defined in specific service-level agreements (SLAs).
2. Client Cooperation & Data Accuracy
Clients must provide accurate data for custom blueprints and Discovery calls. We rely on information provided by the client to configure Google Sheet connections, email servers, and Google Task synchronizations. Any disruptions caused by faulty credentials or incorrect inputs are not the liability of Growth Nexus.
3. Payments, Tiers, & Cancellations
Service tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed on a month-to-month subscription basis. Payments are processed in advance. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by giving a 30-day prior notice. Custom engineering deposits are non-refundable after system staging begins.
Cookie Policy
Last Updated: July 4, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Growth Nexus uses cookies and local browser storage to optimize site loading, memorize user consent, and enable administrative dashboards.
1. What are Cookies and Local Storage?
Cookies are tiny files stored on your computer by the browser. Local Storage and Session Storage are modern browser features that allow websites to save small text keys on your device. These keys persist until cleared manually or expired automatically.
2. Cookies and Storage Used on Our Site
- gn_cookies (Cookie Consent): Stores your choice (accepted/declined) when you interact with our Cookie Banner, preventing the banner from popping up again.
- gn_exit_dismissed (Exit Intent): Tracks if you dismissed the special audit offer popup so that we do not disrupt your browsing session again.
- gn_leads (Local Leads Cache): Saves a temporary backup of leads submitted from your device. This serves as local history and is used to feed the Leads Dashboard.
- gn_admin_authenticated (Admin Mode): Stored in Session Storage. It remembers if you have authenticated with the correct admin password, keeping the dashboard unlocked across tab refreshes during your session.
GDPR Compliance
Last Updated: July 4, 2026
For individuals residing within the European Economic Area (EEA), Growth Nexus complies fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards regarding the control and processing of personal data.
1. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject, you hold the following rights regarding the personal information we process:
- Right of Access: You can request a digital copy of all personal details saved in our databases.
- Right to Rectification: You can request corrections to inaccurate name, email, or phone records.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request the complete deletion of your records from our Google Sheets and local storage cache.
- Right to Portability: You can request to export your dashboard log in a clean CSV format.
2. Data Controller Contact
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please send a data deletion or portability request to our privacy team at privacy@growthnexus.ai. We will verify your identity and fulfill the request within 30 days.
Security Policy
Last Updated: July 4, 2026
At Growth Nexus, security is engineered into every component of our automation workflows. This document details the policies we use to keep user inputs and systems safe.
1. End-to-End Encryption
All data exchanged between our site forms and the Google Sheets integration is transmitted using HTTPS TLS 1.3 encryption protocols. This prevents eavesdropping or interception of customer names, email addresses, or phone details during transmission.
2. Authentication & Admin Security
The Leads Dashboard is secured behind an admin authorization lock requiring a custom security key. Authentication tokens are handled strictly within the browser's Session Storage, meaning once the browser tab is closed, access is automatically revoked to prevent unauthorized access on shared devices.
3. Third-Party API Credentials
All Apps Script integrations connecting to external sheet servers or the Google Tasks API utilize secure, scoped OAuth 2.0 access credentials. Growth Nexus does not store or hardcode private Google password keys in plaintext.
